Citizenship, PTT and Additional PTT
RealtiWeb has the following updates:
We've added the ability to indicate whether the purchaser is a Canadian citizen. If not, then you can select the Country of Citizenship. This information will be brought into both the PTT and APTT EFS forms.
Indicating when the additional PTT applies will activate the APTT Form on the PTT screen and calculate amount payable on Financial screens. RealtiWeb will pre-populate this form with available data from your file.
When you select First Time Homebuyer you’ll see new fields for ‘Previous Address for the last two years’. This information will be brought into the EFS PTT form.
