If you already have an LDD Account and wish to update your payment information use the following option.

If you wish to add a lawyer or notary to your LDD Account, please sign into your account and click on Lawyer & Notary Management. From this screen, you’ll be able to add additional lawyers and notaries.

 

Using Microsoft Edge for LDD applications

If you have previously downloaded and installed the LDD Online Utility and want to use the latest version of RealtiWeb in Edge, download and run this file and then restart your Edge browser. The file will undo the configuration the LDD Online Utility did to your Edge browser.

You may need to rerun the LDD Online Utility (when asked by our Support team). Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Download the LDD Online Utility.

  2. Close all Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer windows. This step is a MUST!

  3. Install the file downloaded in Step 1 (it may be in your Downloads folder).

  4. Open Edge (or Internet Explorer) and login to your program as you usually do.

+ If the above single-step does not work, click here.

  1. Download and install this registry file.
  2. Ctrl-click on the link below, click on Run and follow on-screen instructions and accept everything.
    Adjust Browser Settings
  3. Ctrl-click and click on Save for the utility that matches your version of Windows.
    It is important to only Save it now - DO NOT RUN yet!
    64-bit LDD Online Utility
    32-bit LDD Online Utility

    NOTE: Whether you need to download the 64-bit or 32-bit Utility depends on your version of Windows.
  4. Close all of your open Browsers. This step is a MUST!
  5. Find your downloaded LDDOnlineUtility.exe or LDDonlineUtility64.exe and run it now.
    It’s likely in your Downloads folder unless you placed it elsewhere.
    Follow all instructions.
    If at any point it asks Modify or Repair – choose Repair.
  6. Open Edge (or Internet Explorer) and login to your program as you usually do.

+ How do I add a lawyer to my account?

You can add a lawyer (any province) or notary (BC only) to your account by signing into your account and click Lawyer & Notary Management. This screen is where you're able to additional lawyers and notaries.

+ How do I update my payment information?

If you're a subscriber and want to update your payment information, please complete and return the LDD Payment Update Form.

+ I have a Deal Code for a new home closing package. How do I use it?

+ Why do I need to run the Microsoft XML Service Pack?

If you access LDD applications from Internet Explorer you may be instructed to run the Microsoft XML 4.0 Service Pack 3.0 or download and run the Microsoft XML 6.0 Service Pack 2.0 to update the version of MSXML on your computer. This will only be required if instructed by LDD Support.
