Despite some recent developments in how legal software applications are being provided to you - both in terms of exponential increases in transaction fees and adding extra charges for things like maintenance or data storage, we remain committed to our core concept of providing our clients with good applications at a fair price.

Our applications are predominantly provided on a pay per use basis, allowing firms to disburse these costs to their clients. As we add to our offerings, we do make these additional capabilities available with small incremental fees. That way you only pay for the services required for each of your files. 

Should it become necessary to raise transaction fees, LDD is committed to providing you with a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to any increase.

We believe in transparency with our subscribers and make our full fee schedule available online.
