Announcing the 2010 OREA Forms!

The 2010 OREA forms are now available online in the LDD WebDocumentServices and RealtiWeb - Ontario systems. The schedules are also available, so you can add them to the OREA forms. In addition, use the new 2010 OREA Residential & Commercial Clauses in the schedules you create.

Note: Look for the following new 2010 OREA Forms:

  • OREA Form 405: Amendment to Agreement to Lease (Residential)
  • OREA Form 513: Amendment to Agreement to Lease (Commercial)
  • OREA Form 515: Agreement to Sub-Lease (Commercial)
  • OREA Form 517: Amendment to Agreement to Sub-Lease (Commercial)
