General Updates and Enhancements

  • Import from Property Online

You now have the ability to import both migrated and non-migrated properties. This
means that you can populate your RealtiWeb file with property and legal description for
non-migrated properties and additionally encumbrances for migrated properties.

  • Link to Other Side of Transaction

You can now automatically create the other side file and stay linked to it if you are acting for both the purchaser and vendor.

  • Document Formats now Available on Document List and Merged Documents

Selections have been added to the right click option for all documents in the document
list and also on merged documents for the following formats/programs.

  • MS Word

  • Open Office

  • PDF

  • Update for Mortgages Instructed Electronically to Your inbox

For refinance or purchase transactions involving mortgages that have been instructed
electronically via your Inbox, a $5 (+tax) client-disbursable fee takes effect on May 1,
2011. This will appear as a separate line item labeled ‘Mortgage Processing Fee’ on your
LawyerDoneDeal Account Statement.

New Documents Added to the System

  • Form 5

  • Heritage Credit Union bank documents

Updates to the Following Bank Forms and Other Documents

  • Royal Bank of Canada – Updated the Interim and Final Report (Form 04177(11-15-2010)

  • RBC – Home Line Plan Request for Funds form updated (Form 03958 (11-15-2010)

  • ING Direct – Solicitor’s Interim Report

Upcoming Enhancements

  • Realty Tax Issue/Adjustment Improvements

The realty tax issue/adjustment screen will be improved so that one screen will allow
you to adjust for taxes, betterment charges, interest and arrears.

  • Multiple Trust Accounts

The ability will exist to specify more than one trust account and select the appropriate
account per mortgage.
