New version of PTT Return in BC
Update - As of October 21, 2022, the revised release date of version 35 of the PTT is November 7.
The Ministry of Finance has announced the release of the new version (Version 35) of the Property Transfer Tax (PTT) Return will be in effect on November 7, 2022.
Web Filing versions of the PTT Return electronically signed before November 7 will be accepted until November 20. Previous versions (Version 34) of the return that are not electronically signed before November 7 will require a new return for submission.

RealtiWeb being updated to support the changes
Our conveyancing application, RealtiWeb BC, will be updated to accommodate the latest changes introduced to PTT return V35. When V35 is available on November 7, RealtiWeb will have it available.
If a prior version of the PTT return was started and is not signed prior to November 7, please remove it from RealtiWeb and start a new (version 35) PTT Return.
