Enhancements and Releases in June 2023
We are thrilled to announce the latest updated and releases to RealtiWeb. Our team has been working tirelessly to bring a new navigation and other exciting features to RealtiWeb. Some of been released for all versions of RealtiWeb, while others are specific to RealtiWeb Ontario. Let's explore the exciting updates in more detail.
RealtiWeb
Streamlined workflow with the auto-verification postal code. Across all RealtiWeb versions, we have introduced a more robust postal code integration. Addresses entered into RealtiWeb will trigger an automatic verification on the postal code and return the results. If the results pass, that's it. Otherwise, an option to search for the correct postal code will appear on screen to quickly click through and update the postal code for your file.
Those using our newest design in RealtiWeb will see the real-time updates of the verification appear in the Activity Center. Anyone unable to see the enhancements, please schedule a transition meeting to migrate your firm to this view.
A new dark theme was also released across the platform. Letting everyone choose if they prefer to work in lighter or darker screens. Read our blog post from last month for more.
Ontario
A new streamlined design was released for our Ontario clients. The file list has been updated to be more robust by showing 100 files at a time and scrolling will load more, as well as a better advanced searching for files option. This latest design change updates the navigation inside and outside a file to be along the side of the screen.
The Notes feature has been overhauled to be in a single place. All Notes entered into the file will be available to view and can be replied to from yourself and others at your firm - like a conversation.
No worries, the option to keep the previous look and feel is still available during the busiest season of the year for real estate.
Manitoba
We have added a new document named Letter to Mortgage Lender Evidencing Discharge with Status of Title available under Mortgage Letters and Documents category for Purchase and Mortgage files.
