Enhancements and Releases in July 2023
We are thrilled to announce the latest updated and releases to RealtiWeb and RealtiBuilderSales. These updates reflect our continued commitment to continuously optimizing our applications for an optimized workflow.
RealtiWeb
Across RealtiWeb for those using the Chrome or Edge browser, the User Management screen was updated. Setting the access rights for each user of the LDD account has been added. Set the access for the user to create, delete and/or change files, and who is able to customize the document templates. With this change the legacy screen was retired from within RealtiWeb.
Alberta
A new streamlined design was released for our Alberta clients. The file list has been updated to be more robust by showing 100 files at a time and scrolling will load more, as well as a better advanced searching for files option. This latest design change updates the navigation inside and outside a file to be along the side of the screen.
The Notes feature has been overhauled to be in a single place. All Notes entered into the file will be available to view and can be replied to from yourself and others at your firm - like a conversation.
No worries, the option to keep the previous look and feel is still available during the busiest season of the year for real estate.
With this new design, we reformatted many of our standard RealtiWeb documents to limit the use of tables for formatting. This will create a better experience when editing the generated document. Refer to our bulletin inside RealtiWeb for further details.

Ontario
The client verification forms (a.k.a. File Forms) released by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) have been added to RealtiWeb in the Initial Letters and Documents category for all file types. Please refer to the LSO’s website for details.
We reformatted many of our standard RealtiWeb documents to limit the use of tables for formatting. This will create a better experience when editing the generated document. Refer to our bulletin inside RealtiWeb for further details.
Saskatchewan
The ISC announced fee changes that came into effect on July 29, 2023. This impacted land transfer, mortgage, and discharge registrations.
RealtiWeb was updated to reflect the latest fee changes, including adding the discharge fees when your client is paying them.
We have added a set of transfer documents to the Land Registration Documents category for Purchase and Mortgage files, and reorganized and renamed documents throughout RealtiWeb. The reorganizing and renaming is to have a more cohesive set of standard documents, and we are working through reformatting the documents themselves to limit the use of tables.

RealtiBuilderSales
We introduced Deposit and Release Management to RealtiBuilderSales Condominium (for Ontario), specifically:
Auto Clear functionality,
Trust Account Interest Tracking, and
Release Management.
The Auto Clear functionality will assist with clearing cheques automatically after a set number of days. Menawhile, the Trust Account Interest Tracking allows you to enter values of accumulated interest from your Trust Account Statement and adds it to your funds available for release.
The Release Management is able to be done on a single or bulk basis. It takes into consideration any holdbacks at the project level and omits any units that are identified as being unavailable for funds to be released. For convenience there’s a “Final Release” option that will max out all available funding from all sources in files that have a status of Ready for Final Release.
Several screens were updated to better accomodate and manage the new functionality.
