Enhancements and Releases in March 2024

March 2024 brought a wave of exciting updates and enhancements to RealtiWeb and the other LDD web-based applications across various provinces! Let's jump right in on the releases designed to make your workflow smoother and more efficient.

RealtiWeb

British Columbia

The ClientConnect, client portal was released as a new feature of RealtiWeb BC. It is an all in one tool for client onboarding, collection of information throughout the lifespan of a transaction, and all the way to final closing. LDD updated RealtiWeb BC with the latest LTSA Fee increases for files closing on or after April 1, 2024. Please refer to the LTSA for a list of fees.

A new standard document called Statutory Declaration Re: Maiden Name on Title was added for Mortgage and Sale files. The intent of the document is for when an owner of the property was unmarried on purchasing the property and has since been married and changed their last name.

In addition, several standard documents were updated on March 11, 2024. Please refer to the message in the Notification Centre of RealtiWeb for details.

 

Manitoba

LDD added the ability to add the Title Insurance fees into the Estimated Closing Costs in Firm Settings. In Purchase files, open Auto Includes for the Estimated Closing Costs and change "Title Insurance Fees" to overwrite the default set in Firm Settings.

Ontario

Forms were added and updated as per instructions from the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA).

The clause selection menu within RealtiWeb related to the OREA forms was updated, along with linking to the latest clause booklet.

 

Saskatchewan

ClientConnect

The client portal, ClientConnect, was released in the BC market, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions.

 

RealtiBuilderSales

The function for running T3, T5 and Schedule 15 reporting was added to RealtiBuilderSales for all versions. For more information about this, please refer to the bulletin in RealtiBuilderSales.
