Safe, Secure, Simple: ClientConnect in RealtiWeb is coming soon

Those of us at LawyerDoneDeal Corp® (LDD) are simplifying your practice’s workflow, again. This time by consolidating the complex client ID process. Why? Well, we all know what’s at stake when working with new clients.

Identity theft, mortgage fraud, money laundering. It feels like each year - every few weeks even - criminals are getting more sophisticated. So LDD works even harder, innovating to remain two steps ahead.

Introducing ClientConnect™. This automated service verifies your client’s government-issued ID, then sends that data to RealtiWeb® making face-to-face meetings a choice for you both, rather than a must-do.

But Canada’s real estate industries are complicated.

Every province has its own system for confirming a client’s identity, in person or virtually with a suite of digital tools. ClientConnect collapses these processes, making them possible virtually - with the tightest security.

This application integrates with and is compliant in each province where it’s being released next month in RealtiWeb.

Here’s how ClientConnect remotely verifies your client’s ID.

  1. The client proffers some federally– or provincially–issued ID via smartphone: passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card, etc.

  2. ClientConnect scans and collects data from their ID’s photo, then sends it to RealtiWeb for verification. RealtiWeb then rates the ID and sends the data to the real estate lawyer for approval.

  3. The lawyer selects then imports the relevant data into RealtiWeb.

ClientConnect will replace RealtiWeb’s current Remote Signing Portal, incorporating its document sharing and video-conferencing features. Meaning? It will simplify your ID process, while also improving security.

ClientConnect is already at work in the market, at the beta-testing stage. Legal professionals like you report they’re finding it useful, fast, and intuitive.

Why wait for the formal launch?

Be ready when ClientConnect is launched by signing up today! Anyone using RealtiWeb will have access when ClientConnect is released for their province.
