Enhancements and Releases in August 2023

We're excited to share the most recent updates and releases in RealtiWeb and RealtiBuilderSales. These enhancements demonstrate our ongoing dedication to streamlining your workflow through our applications.

RealtiWeb

Last month, August, our focus was on releasing the new sleek designs for the BC and Manitoba versions of RealtiWeb. We have been hosting webinars for those using RealtiWeb BC, Manitoba and Alberta throughout August.

British Columbia

Our BC clients using RealtiWeb were able to experience an enhanced, modern design, including the dark theme. The file list has been upgraded to display 100 files simultaneously, with additional files loading as the list is scrolled through. Moreover, we've fine-tuned the advanced file search function for improved efficiency. This design transformation encompasses a restructured navigation system, both within and outside of files, delivering a more user-friendly interface.

In addition, we've given the Notes feature a makeover, centralizing all Notes within a single location. This enables easy viewing and seamless communication within your firm, promoting efficiency.

We understand that during the busiest season for real estate, continuity is crucial. That's why we've retained the option to revert to the previous interface.

Exciting news! We've also introduced a new field in Firm Settings called Account Owner (PTT), which RealtiWeb now sends to LTSA when using our built-in integration. The Account Owner (PTT) is provided to your firm from the Property Transfer Tax (PTT) Administration Department.

Manitoba

Our Manitoba clients using RealtiWeb now enjoy a new sleek design, including the dark theme. The file list has been enhanced to display 100 files at a time, and scrolling loads more effortlessly. Additionally, we've improved the advanced file search option, making it more efficient. This design overhaul included restructuring the navigation, both inside and outside files, for a more user-friendly experience.

We've also revamped the Notes feature, consolidating all Notes in one place. You can now easily view and reply to Notes within the file, streamlining communication within your firm.

Rest assured, you can still opt for the previous interface, as the busiest season for real estate comes to an end.

As part of this new design, we've also restructured many standard RealtiWeb documents to reduce the use of tables for formatting. This change enhances document editing and overall usability. For more information, please refer to the bulletin inside RealtiWeb.

We are hosting webinars throughout September, for anyone who missed the August sessions. Reserve your spot below!
