RealtiWeb has entered a new era, fully supported in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, making it ready for 2024!
We're dedicated to the ongoing enhancement of RealtiWeb, be it through new features and releases, addition of new documents or the refinement of our integrations.

RealtiBuilderSales®
In the Spring, LDD hosted a Lunch and Learn session, where we showcased the upcoming functionality in RealtiBuilderSales:
Auto Clear functionality,
Trust Account Interest Tracking, and
Release Management.
We greatly appreciated all the feedback received during the session, and it played a pivotal role in refining these features before their official release.
The CRA is implementing new trust account reporting/filing obligations regarding condominium deposit monies held in trust. LDD will be adding enhancements to the RealtiBuilderSales-Condominium program to provide for this new requirement. In order to do this, we have been consulting with the accounting firm Sone Rovet Chasson LLP and other lawyers to determine what is required and the best way to help you meet the requirements. The deadline for filing is the end of March 2024.
On December 12, 2023, a new publication came from the CRA with some FAQ's shedding some further light on their requirements. It can be found here.
Conferences and Events
Our commitment to supporting legal communities continued as we attended and sponsored events from coast to coast.
In Ontario, we attended several events and conferences. Most notably for Ontario, in October our President and CEO presented a talk at the Ontario Bar Association’s conference in Muskoka.
We were delighted to be exhibitors at both the 2023 Saskatchewan Midwinter Conference hosted by the CBA SK and the 2023 Manitoba Bar Association Midwinter Conference, where Shannon Bennett and Cam Di Pasquale had a wonderful time meeting everyone.
In November 2023, LDD once again sponsored at the Real Property Conference hosted by RELANS, where Cam Di Pasquale was able to meet everyone.
In Alberta, we sponsored the Real Estate Conference back in October. It was a wonderful event hosted by LESA. Udit Gautam and Gurvinder Kaur had a wonderful time meeting everyone.
We sponsored the Summer Social Reception back in June. It was a wonderful event in Vancouver hosted by the BC Legal Management Association (BCLMA).
Looking Forward to 2024
Looking ahead to 2024, we are excited about the new features and enhancements planned. Whether it’s increasing the number of our integration partners or releasing e-signing, we remain dedicated to bringing the latest innovations to our applications.
