Last month, we enhanced to the First Canadian Title (FCT) insurance integration in RealtiWeb SK, released the LDD Knowledge Base in RealtiWeb SK and NS, and changed how multiple legal descriptions in a single file for RealtiWeb AB was handled to accommodate more legal descriptions than before.

Throughout August, we updated our First Canadian Title (FCT) insurance integration across four versions of RealtiWeb. This means more information is being passed between your RealtiWeb file and FCT.
By client request, we’ve created a way to tell which RealtiWeb file is open in each browser tab. This makes it easier to switch between files and enter the correct browser tab to enter file specific information.

From integration with Lender Lawyer Connect (LLC) and releasing the ability to set the client’s location when remote signing, there were several updates to RealtiWeb Alberta.
